A joint paper by iHandover Ltd and En-Sync 8020 Ltd
The Data to support the white paper was first introduced to En-Sync 8020 in 2014 when we were delivering a Organisational Effectiveness Project for a client in Perth Australia.
The Western Australian Department of Mines and Petroleum had recently completed a roadshow to communicate the data in the report. Our client did what many others did and asked what should they do with the data to exploit its full potential and learning. As a minimum the Management held briefing sessions with their employees, to solicit their suggestions on what could be improved.
En-Sync 8020 were also aware of iHandover and there developments. Now a real answer to the “So What?” question is available, so writing this white paper bring together problem and solution was inevitable.
The white paper is an analysis of the Department of Mines and Petroleum data and the reduction of fatalities through improving supervisor On-boarding and ongoing knowledge transfer.
