IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
When you provide personal information En-Sync 8020 will ensure that any information provided for the En-Sync 8020 systems will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, as amended.
The information that you upload as part of your registration and CV upload, along with any subsequent information collected in the recruitment process, will be used by En-Sync 8020 to assess your suitability for employment with our clients.

If you provide En-Sync 8020 with any sensitive information about yourself (e.g. relating to your health, ethnic origin or criminal convictions), you consent to En-Sync 8020 using this information for the purposes stated above. We will keep your information on our En-Sync 8020 systems in order that we may contact you if a suitable position arises. Your information will be kept on our En-Sync 8020 systems until you notify us that you no longer wish it to be kept on the En-Sync 8020 systems in which case we will simply ask you to log into your account and remove your CV and details and close your account.

We will use your email address, as provided to us during the registration process, to send you emails in connection with your use of the Service. For example we will send you an email to confirm your registration or to inform you about changes to the Service. We may also wish to contact you by email or other means about projects for which you may be suitable. We will also email you occasionally to check that you still wish to remain registered on the En-Sync 8020 systems, or to remind you to update your CV and personal details.

We will share your information within the En-Sync 8020 clients commissioning any projects from En-Sync 8020 (which may include other recruiters).  If required, we may also disclose your information to present and future owners of our business.  We may also use your information in aggregate (so that no individuals are identified) for research and statistical purposes.

Links to other websites
Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. Other than as set out in this Privacy Policy and the associated Terms and Conditions all information will be kept secure and treated as confidential and any other disclosures of your information will only be made with your permission.

We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend, terminate or change any part of the En-Sync 8020 systems or your participation within it at our sole election without liability to you. This includes our right to remove any CV or personal information records for any reason at our discretion.
Use of cookies

We do not use Cookies within our En-Sync 8020 systems.

Security
The En-Sync 8020 systems has security measures in place with the aim of protecting the loss, misuse or alteration of the information you provide to us. We will constantly be evaluating and using the firewall, password protection and data-centre security to protect any personal information contained within the En-Sync 8020 systems.

Retrieving and amending your information
You can review and add or change the information you submit to us on the En-Sync 8020 systems at any time by accessing your account and amending your details after secure log-in. You should update your personal information if it changes.

Such information will be deactivated as soon as reasonably possible. You acknowledge that some of your information may never completely be removed from our En-Sync 8020 systemss due to technical and legal constraints, including storage on “back up” systems.

Your identity and responsibilities
You are responsible for all actions taken with your user ID and password. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your password to any third parties. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may subsequently be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password or account security has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password.
