Simply put Organisational Effectiveness (OE) is the measure of how effective an organisation achieves the results it has intended to produce.
This usually requires many difference elements to work cohesively together. Usually the focus is on how to better utilise the human capital employed in the organisation. This can include looking at different technologies or processes and ensuring healthy optimal relationships exist.
Often a combination of leadership and management behaviours, healthy organisation structures, optimally designed roles are essential for employees to be able to add value. These need to me supported by mechanisms to recognise and ensure talent is exposed then elevated, allowing capability to drive further organisation efficiencies.
